Hunneman appointed exclusive leasing agent for Tewksbury office campus

Hunneman has been named the exclusive leasing agent for Highwood Office Park, a three-building office and flex campus in Tewksbury, Massachusetts, on behalf of KS Partners, according to ConnectCRE.

The property totals more than 265,000 square feet across 1, 2 and 3 Highwood Dr., with available suites ranging from approximately 4,000 to 67,000 square feet.

ConnectCRE said the campus has undergone significant renovations in recent years and offers modern amenities, flexible floor plans and a range of workspace solutions.

Hunneman CEO Chris Curley, EVP at Hunneman, said the firm is excited to reintroduce the suburban campus to the market, citing flexible floor plates, an amenities package and its location along the I-93 and I-495 corridor.
