La La Land Cafe leases space at Brixton Capital's Del Mar Plaza
The café will take 1,168 square feet indoors, with additional seating and queueing space extending onto the terrace deck.
Brixton Capital has secured a lease for La La Land Café at its Del Mar Plaza retail destination in Del Mar, according to ConnectCRE.
La La Land will occupy 1,168 square feet of interior café space, with additional sitting and queueing space extending onto the mezzanine terrace deck.
The space previously was occupied by Pacifica Breeze Café, and ConnectCRE said construction start and grand opening dates have not yet been determined.
ConnectCRE also reported that SHOP Companies represented La La Land, while Brixton Capital represented itself with support from Urban Property Group, and that lease terms were not disclosed.
