Priddy Spaces leases space for a Venture X coworking site in Pompano Beach
The 10-year lease covers 20,000 square feet inside Grover Corlew’s Mayla Pompano development, a project built in 2020 and slated to open next year.
Priddy Spaces has signed a 10-year lease for a Venture X coworking location in Pompano Beach, Florida, taking 20,000 square feet within Grover Corlew’s Mayla Pompano mixed-use development.
Commercial Observer reports the coworking outpost will occupy the second through fourth floors of a four-story office building at 2335 East Atlantic Boulevard, constructed in 2020 and totaling 44,102 square feet. The site is planned to include 85 private office suites and four meeting rooms, and it is expected to open next year.
The development is positioned amid growth in the area’s residential and retail scene, with Priddy Spaces citing Pompano Beach’s transformation driven by new residential development, improved infrastructure, and demand from businesses and talent. The Mayla Pompano project includes a 355-unit apartment building and two other office properties.
Commercial Observer adds that Priddy Spaces is a West Palm Beach-based Venture X franchisee operating five locations in South Florida, with Vast Coworking Group serving as the franchisor. It notes that private equity firm New State Capital Partners purchased Vast Coworking Group earlier this year for an undisclosed amount.
