The IPO, opening 17 August, includes a fresh equity issue, with most proceeds earmarked for debt repayment.
Blackstone-backed Horizon Industrial Parks Ltd is set to launch a ₹ 2,600 crore initial public offering as it looks to expand its warehousing and industrial facilities footprint in India, LiveMint Markets reports.
The IPO opens on 17 August and consists entirely of a fresh issue of equity shares, with a price band set at ₹ 57 to ₹ 60 per share. The anchor investor portion is scheduled to open on 14 August, according to the report.
Of the total ₹ 2,600 crore the company plans to raise, ₹ 2,250 crore will be used for debt repayment. Horizon also reported total borrowings of ₹ 6,884.34 crore as of 31 March 2026.
Horizon, which develops and manages fulfilment centres, industrial facilities and in-city centres, said it has a portfolio of 61 million sq. ft across 46 assets in 10 cities, with about half developed. Management said the company plans to enter more tier 2 cities, including Lucknow, Vizag, Coimbatore, Indore and Aurangabad, and to explore eastern India where it currently has no presence, positioning the next phase as “Horizon 2.0.”
