Cawley CRE completes 286,622-square-foot industrial lease in West Chicago

The long-term lease brings a 465,950-square-foot manufacturing facility to full occupancy, with the agreement set to commence in October 2026.

Cawley Commercial Real Estate has completed an industrial leasing transaction in West Chicago, Illinois, securing a 286,622-square-foot long-term lease at 1717 Harvester Road, according to ConnectCRE.

The deal is intended to bring the property’s 465,950-square-foot manufacturing facility to full occupancy. The space is designed for advanced manufacturing and operational needs, including 4,000 amps of heavy power, 15,579 square feet of office space, 14 interior docks, and one drive-in door.

ConnectCRE said the Cawley CRE team, including David Conroy, Mark Wilson, Jordan Kwiecinski, and Daniel Cawley, SIOR, represented the landlord, Plymouth REIT, in the transaction.

The tenant, CoreCentric Solutions, was represented by Mike Senner of Colliers, and the lease is scheduled to commence in October 2026, ConnectCRE added.
