Hims & Hers tops Q2 revenue estimates but misses EPS
The telehealth company posted Q2 revenue of $753.2 million, but still delivered a second straight earnings miss and a wider net loss, while raising full-year 2026 revenue guidance to $3.1 billion to $3.3 billion.
Hims & Hers Health reported Q2 results on Monday, Aug. 10, delivering revenue growth that beat expectations but continuing a pattern of earnings misses. The telehealth platform, which sells direct-to-consumer personal care products and provides virtual medical services, posted its second consecutive earnings miss and its fourth in the past five quarters.
Revenue rose to $753.2 million, exceeding analyst expectations of $698.9 million, representing more than 38% year-over-year growth. The company also gained roughly 300,000 new subscribers, bringing total subscribers to nearly 3 million.
Alongside the results, Hims & Hers raised its full-year 2026 revenue guidance to a range of $3.1 billion to $3.3 billion. Management said early benefits from its AI-native care platform are showing up in higher customer messaging, fewer non-clinical support tasks, and lower cancellation rates in pilot cohorts.
The quarter also reflected international expansion tied to its June acquisition of Eucalyptus, with international revenue increasing more than 17-fold year over year to $131 million. Hims & Hers expects that international figure to reach at least $600 million for the full year and described plans to expand U.S. specialties, such as testosterone, sexual health, and dermatology, into overseas markets.
