Teeple breaks ground on 312-unit Oaks Reserve near Texas A&M
Oaks Reserve is the second phase of a roughly 1,000-home, three-phase development totaling more than 53 acres, and the prior 315-unit phase is already over 90% leased.
Teeple Partners has begun construction on Oaks Reserve, a new 312-unit apartment community in Bryan-College Station along the Innovation Corridor between Texas A&M University’s RELLIS Research Campus and the Texas A&M Health Science Center, according to ConnectCRE.
Oaks Reserve is described as the second phase of a planned three-phase multifamily development spanning more than 53 acres and totaling approximately 1,000 apartment homes. The first phase, Brazos Oaks, includes 315 units, was completed in June 2026, and has experienced strong demand, with the community now over 90% leased.
The planned community will feature private yards and amenities including a swimming pool, a state-of-the-art fitness facility, a conference room, a resident lounge, private workspaces and focus rooms, and a package locker system. Additional amenities include two pickleball courts and separate dog parks for small and large dogs, with the design attributed to HLR Architects.
Construction is being managed by Interwest Construction, while construction and permanent financing are being provided by Mason Joseph Company.
