Blockchain Association backs Custodia Supreme Court bid over Fed access

The group argues the dispute concerns whether lawful digital asset firms can compete on equal terms if access to the Fed master account is restricted.

The Blockchain Association has thrown its support behind Custodia’s effort to take its dispute with the Federal Reserve to the Supreme Court, The Block reports.

In its statement, the trade group said the case is about ensuring digital asset businesses that operate lawfully can compete on equal footing.

The association framed the matter as broader than one firm, tying the outcome to how access and competitive conditions affect the wider digital asset industry.
