LEAP India IPO to begin trading Friday after nearly 9x subscription

Grey market premium points to a Friday listing near ₹171, implying about a 7.6% gain over the ₹159 issue price.

LEAP India’s shares are set to debut on Indian bourses on Friday, 14 August, following the conclusion of its mainboard IPO on Tuesday, 11 August, according to LiveMint Markets.

The IPO saw an overall subscription of nearly 9 times. Grey market trends suggest the stock may list at a modest premium on the BSE and NSE, with a latest grey market premium of ₹12 reported Thursday morning, pointing to an estimated listing price around ₹171 versus the ₹159 issue price.

The offering was a book build issue worth ₹2,480 crore, combining a fresh issue of 3.02 crore shares to raise ₹480 crore and an offer for sale of 12.58 crore shares for ₹2,000 crore. The company said net proceeds from the fresh issue would be used to repay certain borrowings and for general corporate purposes.

The price band for the IPO was ₹151 to ₹159 per share, with subscription opening on 7 August and ending on 11 August. Share allotment was finalized on 12 August, and the company positioned itself as the largest on-demand asset pooling provider in India’s supply chain management sector, with 1.47 crore pooled assets as of 31 March 2026.
