Cambridge Health Alliance renews 73,500-sf lease in Malden, Massachusetts
The Malden Family Medicine Center at 195 Canal St. has operated at the site since 2007 and will remain there for at least five more years under the renewal.
Cambridge Health Alliance (CHA) has renewed a 73,500-square-foot lease at Combined Properties’ 195 Canal St. in Malden, Massachusetts, according to ConnectCRE.
Under the terms of the renewal, CHA will continue operating its Malden Family Medicine Center at the address for at least another five years.
ConnectCRE said the Malden Family Medicine Center has been at 195 Canal St. since 2007, and that the center provides services including family medicine, primary care, behavioral health, nutrition, women’s health, pharmacy, and PACE.
Combined Properties said it was represented in the leasing by Greg Regazzini, while CHA was represented by Cresa managing principal Paul Delaney and associate Carter Swaebe.
