Inglewood ranks as Nashville’s hottest neighborhood in 2026 list

Redfin said the neighborhoods on its Nashville list did not see year over year median sale price declines and that homes priced correctly are still drawing strong demand.

Inglewood has been named the hottest neighborhood in Nashville for 2026, according to a Redfin analysis that ranked zip codes in the Nashville metro area that have not seen falling median sale prices year over year. Spring Hill and Christiana followed Inglewood on the list.

Redfin noted that Nashville overall remains a strong buyer’s market, with roughly twice as many sellers as buyers, but several neighborhoods are becoming more desirable and relatively competitive for homebuyers. Redfin’s Nashville market manager, Jim Carollo, said buyers are focused on value, including features such as larger yards, certain home styles, and shorter commutes.

The outlet said homes in these neighborhoods that are in good condition and priced correctly are still attracting strong demand, and many sellers are receiving their asking prices. Redfin added that in addition to strong local interest, demand is coming from higher cost states such as California and New York.

Redfin also reported that sellers may use its Early Access program, which lets them start marketing as “coming soon” before the official market debut, particularly for unique homes where there are fewer comparable recent sales. The outlet said some negotiation dynamics have shifted, with sellers increasingly asking for closing costs and concessions buyers have not been able to secure during the peak period of the housing boom.
