Jackson-Shaw begins Horizon 35 industrial project in Denton, Texas

Phase I totals 543,550 square feet and is in pre-leasing for delivery in the third quarter of 2027.

Jackson-Shaw has broken ground on Horizon 35, a master-planned business park on the northeast corner of Interstate 35 and Loop 288 in Denton, Texas, according to ConnectCRE.

Phase I of the project will deliver 543,550 square feet across three rear-load buildings and is now pre-leasing, with delivery targeted for the third quarter of 2027. At full buildout, the development will exceed 900,000 square feet and is designed to accommodate a range of tenant sizes.

A future Phase II would add up to 400,000 square feet for build-to-suit development. The project’s Phase I building sizes include Building 1 at 147,390 square feet, Building 2 at 145,920 square feet, and Building 3 at 250,240 square feet.

ARCO/Murray is serving as the design-builder for Horizon 35, and the leasing team for the project includes Forrest Cook, Mac Hall, and Connor Land of Stream Realty Partners.
