Todd Boss appointed president of Acrisure Mortgage, succeeding Nunziata
Acrisure Mortgage said the company has 98 producing loan offices, with $1.8 billion in 12-month volume as of Aug. 10.
HousingWire reports that Acrisure Mortgage has appointed Todd Boss as president, succeeding Joe Nunziata. Nunziata was promoted to president of Acrisure Real Estate Services and will oversee Acrisure’s mortgage, title, and real estate businesses.
Boss will lead the day-to-day operations of Acrisure Mortgage, including its nationwide mortgage platform, sales organization, and strategic growth initiatives. He will report to Nunziata, who will manage the broader platform while Boss oversees the mortgage business.
HousingWire added that Boss has more than 30 years of mortgage industry experience and joined Acrisure Mortgage’s executive leadership team in 2009. Most recently, he served as chief sales officer, where he led the growth and development of the company’s national sales organization.
According to HousingWire, Acrisure Mortgage has more than 630 employees nationwide and is licensed in 49 states. The outlet also cited RETR data showing the company had 98 producing loan offices as of Aug. 10, with $1.8 billion in 12-month volume, with the bulk in conventional and Federal Housing Administration loans.
