Streamside RV Resorts buys Sandy Pines Campground in Maine
The 46-acre coastal property will expand Streamside’s portfolio to 40 locations, featuring 224 total camping sites.
ConnectCRE reports that Streamside RV Resorts & Campgrounds has acquired Sandy Pines Campground in Kennebunkport, Maine.
The deal adds a 46-acre coastal property to Streamside’s national portfolio, bringing the operator to 40 properties.
ConnectCRE says the acquisition was completed through a court-approved sale process.
Sandy Pines Campground is located at 277 Mills Rd. and includes 224 total sites, with 83 RV sites, 46 tent sites, 66 glamping setups, and 29 seasonal park models.
