First Pioneer Properties buys Queens retail center for $23.5M

The 24,000-square-foot Bayside property includes 74,350 square feet of additional air rights, for 98,478 buildable square feet.

First Pioneer Properties, together with ABS Partners Real Estate, has acquired a Queens retail center from Levy Properties for $23.5 million, according to property records cited by Commercial Observer.

The one-story property at 213-04 Northern Boulevard in Bayside is currently used as an urgent care medical office and a Bebeang Baby Store.

Commercial Observer reported that Jennifer Markowitz of Levy Properties signed for the seller and Suresh Sani signed for the buyers, with it remaining unclear who brokered the transaction.

The site totals 24,000 square feet of built space plus 74,350 square feet of additional air rights, bringing the total to 98,478 buildable square feet, and the buyers’ plans for the property were not disclosed.
