JPMorgan ends Polymarket banking ties over regulatory concerns

JPMorgan ended the relationship in October 2025 and Polymarket has since shifted to a new, unidentified banking partner.

JPMorgan Chase has ended a banking relationship with Polymarket, citing regulatory concerns, according to the Financial Times. The report said JPMorgan told Polymarket in October 2025 that it needed to find a new bank. Polymarket has since started working with an unidentified lender. Even with the change, JPMorgan has reportedly kept other ties with Polymarket, and the bank is said to be interested in taking on an underwriting role if the platform pursues an initial public offering.
