Legends at Sparks Marina, a 41-acre mixed-use retail and entertainment destination in Sparks, Nevada, has traded for $103 million, according to ConnectCRE.
The property, located at 1310 Scheels Drive, totals approximately 421,479 square feet and was about 95.8% occupied when it changed hands.
Newmark’s Kyle Miller and Rob Ippolito represented the seller, BIG Shopping Centers USA and RED Development, in the transaction, with Alturas Capital Partners acquiring the asset.
The center includes Galaxy Theatres and retailers such as Burlington, H&M, Nike, Sephora, and others, along with the planned Yard House project, while it also draws from nearby anchor businesses including Scheels, Target, Lowe’s, TJ Maxx, and Legends Bay Casino.
