Logistics Plus leases 744,452 square feet in Wilmer warehouse deal
The tenant will take the full Building 2 at the Southport Logistics Center, a roughly 1.5 million-square-foot development in the Dallas suburb of Wilmer.
Logistics Plus has signed a 744,452-square-foot industrial lease in Wilmer, a southern Dallas suburb, according to ConnectCRE.
The Pennsylvania-based freight and fulfillment services provider will occupy the entire Building 2 within the Southport Logistics Center, which totals about 1.5 million square feet.
Building 2 includes 123 dock doors, three drive-in doors, and 4,647 square feet of speculative office space.
ConnectCRE reports that JLL brokered the transaction for the landlord, a joint venture between Bandera Ventures and Invesco Real Estate, and that Logistics Plus also operates another warehouse in Haslet, bringing its local facilities to a combined 2 million square feet of storage space.
