Patanjali Foods June-quarter profit jumps 86% and declares interim dividend
The company posted its highest-ever quarterly revenue of ₹11,337.45 crore and declared a first interim dividend of ₹0.80 per share for FY27.
Patanjali Foods is set to be in focus after reporting its June-quarter results, with consolidated net profit rising 86% year on year to ₹335.73 crore.
Revenue from operations increased 29.3% year on year to a record ₹11,337.45 crore, while EBITDA climbed 69.1% year on year to about ₹543.27 crore. The company also improved its EBITDA margin to 4.8%, up from 3.7% in the year-ago quarter.
The board declared its first interim dividend for FY27 of ₹0.80 per equity share, representing 40% on shares with a face value of ₹2 each.
In segment performance, edible oils remained the largest contributor, with segment revenue up 27.3% year on year to ₹8,504.72 crore. The FMCG business grew 35.3% year on year to ₹2,937.74 crore, and the company attributed part of its approach to using a calibrated pricing strategy amid volatile palm and soy oil markets.
