Entre Commercial Realty completes 20,500 sf lease in Wauconda, Illinois
The freestanding industrial property at 1275 Kyle Court was brought to full occupancy after the landlord arranged a lease-up for an investment purchaser.
Entre Commercial Realty has completed the lease of a 20,500 square foot industrial building in Wauconda, Illinois, located at 1275 Kyle Court, according to ConnectCRE.
The freestanding facility includes 20-foot clear heights, two exterior loading docks, and one drive-in door. Brian Bocci, SIOR, and Jack Steineke of Entre Commercial represented the landlord in the transaction.
ConnectCRE said Bocci previously represented the seller in the sale of the property to an investment purchaser. Shortly after the acquisition, the team secured a tenant, completing the investor’s lease-up strategy and bringing the building to full occupancy.
Cawley Commercial Real Estate represented the tenant, and Bocci said the deal reflects the value of full-cycle real estate services from investment sales through leasing.
