San Dimas Commerce Center sells for $41M in light industrial deal

The San Dimas Commerce Center is 90% occupied across 19 buildings totaling about 179,000 square feet, with more than 70 local and regional businesses as tenants.

SRS Real Estate Partners arranged the sale of the San Dimas Commerce Center for $41 million, a 19-building, roughly 179,000-square-foot light industrial park at 410-490 Arrow Highway in San Dimas, according to Bisnow.

The property is 90% occupied and is leased to more than 70 local and regional businesses, with individually parceled buildings that can be kept in a portfolio or sold separately.

SRS’ Dave Faris and Richard Schwartz represented the seller, San Dimas BP LLC, while the buyer was not disclosed.

Beyond the San Dimas transaction, the same deal roundup also cited separate commercial real estate moves including a $30.4 million sale of Terra Nova Plaza in Chula Vista, a $3.2 million multifamily sale in Koreatown, and a $58 million Fannie Mae loan arranged for Everleigh San Clemente.
