Common Bond Development plans grocery-anchored shopping center in Goodyear
The first phase is slated to include a Sprouts Farmers Market and about 35,224 square feet of space, with construction targeted to start in the first quarter of 2027.
Common Bond Development Group has unveiled plans for a new premium, grocery-anchored shopping center in the master-planned community of Estrella in Goodyear, Arizona, designed to serve as a new commercial hub for the trade area, according to ConnectCRE.
The project is being developed with the City of Goodyear and developer Harvard Investments, and it will be anchored by Sprouts Farmers Market.
Phase one is expected to total approximately 35,224 square feet, including a 23,024-square-foot Sprouts store, 9,200 square feet of inline retail space, and a 3,000-square-foot standalone pad.
A second phase, planned along the lake, would add an estimated 16,000 to 20,000 square feet of retail and restaurant space, and the project is targeted to break ground in the first quarter of 2027.
