Vestas-American Wind Technology leases 131,300 sq ft in Brookshire, Texas
The Brookshire facility, spanning about 17 acres, will be used for Vestas’ spare parts distribution and North American operations support.
Vestas-American Wind Technology has leased about 131,300 square feet at Enterprise Park at Twinwood in Brookshire, Texas, according to ConnectCRE.
The Class A industrial warehouse and office space sits on roughly 17 acres and is intended to support Vestas’ spare parts distribution and operations across North America.
ConnectCRE said the transaction will help strengthen Vestas’ spare parts distribution network as the company scales wind turbine distribution to meet customer demand in the region.
JLL represented Vestas-American Wind Technology in the deal, while CBRE represented the landlord, Twinwood Industrial Owner LLC.
