The project will add 20,980 square feet to the company’s existing 11,880-square-foot facility and include new offices and conference space.

Circuit Systems Co. Inc. plans to begin construction in November on a manufacturing warehouse expansion at 5301 W. Pioneer Parkway in Arlington, according to ConnectCRE.

The expansion is expected to cost $45 million and will add 20,980 square feet to its current 11,880-square-foot facility.

ConnectCRE said the work will also include new offices, a conference room, storage and restroom facilities.

The company’s products include aerospace bonding jumping cables, bus bars and grounding straps used in commercial and military aircraft, including parts associated with the F-22 and F-35 and equipment used in the International Space Station, the outlet added.
