The $450 million, 65-acre mixed-use project includes 30,000 square feet for Club Studio and plans a first phase with 332 apartments and 320 for-sale townhomes, targeted for completion in 2028.
Greenberg Gibbons announced that Club Studio, a fitness and wellness brand, will open its second Maryland location at Frederick Brickworks, a $450 million, 65-acre mixed-use development in Frederick.
The club will take up 30,000 square feet and will join Whole Foods Market, which occupies 35,000 square feet, as co-anchors of the project.
Frederick Brickworks is also set to include retailers and restaurants such as honeygrow, First Watch, Shake Shack, Dave’s Hot Chicken, and Inspire Nail Bar, as described in the announcement.
The first phase will include 332 apartments and 320 for-sale townhomes built by Wormald and NVR, Inc., and the development is expected to be completed in 2028.
