AmTrustRE reaches 100% occupancy at 59 Maiden Ln in Manhattan

The tower added a 14,807-square-foot lease with ANV Group Holdings and a 58,164-square-foot renewal with London Fischer ahead of a 2027 repositioning.

AmTrustRE said 59 Maiden Ln., its 1,043,670-square-foot office tower in Manhattan’s Financial District, has reached 100% occupancy.

ConnectCRE reports the milestone follows a new 14,807-square-foot lease with Blackstone-backed ANV Group Holdings Ltd. and a 58,164-square-foot renewal from London Fischer LLP.

The full occupancy comes ahead of the property’s extensive repositioning, including facade and lobby renovations expected in 2027, plus a redesigned public plaza slated for completion later this year.

AmTrustRE president Jonathan Bennett said reaching full occupancy before the transformation validates the company’s long-term investment strategy, citing reinvestment in the building and tenant experience to support strong leasing outcomes.
