Aventon to develop 384-unit apartment community in Wesley Chapel
The project follows Aventon’s $16.25 million purchase of nearly 20 acres, with leasing planned to begin in early 2028.
Aventon paid $16.25 million for nearly 20 acres in Wesley Chapel, Florida, where it plans to build a 384-unit apartment community, according to ConnectCRE.
The site is at State Road 56 and Meadow Pointe Boulevard. Clearwater Bay Associates was the seller, and Colliers represented the seller while Coldwell Banker NRT represented the buyer in the transaction.
ConnectCRE reports that Aventon Companies broke ground on Aventon Wesley Chapel in July. The community will feature one-, two- and three-bedroom apartments across six garden-style buildings centered around a scenic pond.
Leasing is anticipated to begin in early 2028, with planned amenities including a swimming pool, a 24-hour fitness center, a pet spa, and a resident clubhouse with dedicated coworking and social gathering areas.
