CBRE leases nearly 118,000 sf industrial space to Price Zone in Commerce
The new facility at 6000-6050 Rickenbacker Rd. includes 24-foot warehouse clearance, 19 dock-high positions, and rail service from the Los Angeles Junction Railway.
CBRE arranged a nearly 118,000-square-foot industrial lease at Harris Business Center in Commerce for Price Zone, a wholesale distributor and importer of consumer goods, ConnectCRE reported.
The tenant plans to consolidate operations that were previously spread across three separate facilities into the new location, aiming for operational efficiency and the economics it was seeking.
CBRE’s Cameron Merrill and Jeff Stephens represented the landlord, DWS, and John Lee of Curb Realty represented Price Zone in the transaction.
The Harris Business Center site at 6000-6050 Rickenbacker Rd. features 24-foot clearance in the warehouse, 19 dock-high loading positions, three ground-level doors, and rail service provided by the Los Angeles Junction Railway.
