Horizon Industrial Parks IPO gets 24% subscription by Day 2

The ₹2,600 crore IPO had 24% subscription by end of Day 2, with shares trading at a ₹1 premium in the grey market.

India's Horizon Industrial Parks IPO entered its final day of bidding on Wednesday, 19 August, after opening for subscription on Monday, 17 August.

According to LiveMint Markets, the deal was subscribed 24% by the end of Day 2, with bids placed for shares out of the 25.13 crore offered in the IPO.

The retail investor portion was subscribed 43% for 4.55 crore shares reserved for retail individual investors, while qualified institutional buyers subscribed 21% of their 13.65 crore quota, and non-institutional investors subscribed 16% of their 6.82 crore shares reserved.

LiveMint Markets also cited grey market pricing that put Horizon Industrial Parks shares at a ₹1 premium, with current GMP around ₹1, implying a potential listing gain of 1.67% over the upper end of the issue price band.
