Indiabulls says Delhi EOW status report shows all 197 loans repaid
The firm said EOW, Delhi, reported no financial loss to the company and that interest and fees exceeded ₹2,800 crore over the loan tenures.
Indiabulls, now known as Sammaan Capital, told stock exchanges that a status report filed by the Delhi Economic Offences Wing in its public interest litigation case did not flag wrongdoing in the company’s major loan allegations. The update came after India’s Supreme Court ordered a Central Bureau of Investigation probe into allegations against the company and associated entities.
According to Indiabulls, the EOW status report dated 11 August 2026 records that all 197 loan accounts stand fully repaid and closed. The company added that collections exceeded the amount sanctioned in every group, and it said it realized interest in excess of ₹2,800 crore in interest and fees over the loan tenures.
Indiabulls also said the status report stated that for groups including DLF, Vatika, Chordia, and Americorp, no financial loss was caused to the company. It further said loan disbursements and repayments were reflected in its bank accounts and described the transactions as genuine.
The company said prior examinations by SEBI, including its investigation department and forensic accounting wing, plus a National Housing Bank special audit, did not find diversion or abnormal retention of loan funds. It added that all seven loans to Reliance ADA Group totaling ₹1,574 crore are fully repaid and closed, while it described the investigation for that group as ongoing, and it said CEO-led credit committee approvals occurred in the ordinary course of business.
