JLL arranges $33.9M sale of Tacoma distribution facility

The 205,413-square-foot Bridge Point Tacoma 210, delivered in 2024, sits on 13.82 acres and is five miles from Interstate 5.

JLL arranged the $33.9 million sale of Bridge Point Tacoma 210, a 205,413-square-foot distribution facility at 10917 34th Ave. E in Tacoma, Washington, according to ConnectCRE.

JLL represented the seller, Kurv Industrial, in the transaction, which was completed in 2024. The property is described as one of the newest industrial deliveries in Pierce County and includes institutional-grade specifications for modern distribution operations.

The single-story facility features 36-foot clear heights, 50 dock-high doors, two grade-level doors, and 130-foot truck courts on 13.82 acres. It also includes 24 trailer stalls, nearly one acre of excess yard space, 130 auto parking spaces, and is located about five miles from Interstate 5 and nine miles from the Port of Tacoma.

ConnectCRE said the JLL Capital Markets team was led by Managing Director James Ellis and Director Rachel Jones. Ellis said the property attracted strong institutional interest due to its new construction quality and strategic location at the confluence of Tacoma’s premier submarkets.
