Blackstone affiliate sells Mooresville industrial park for $135M

The North Charlotte Commerce Center totals over 900,000 square feet, with the largest building delivered in May 2024.

A Blackstone affiliate has sold the North Charlotte Commerce Center in Mooresville to CBRE Investment Management for $135 million, according to ConnectCRE.

The Charlotte Business Journal reported the transaction is part of a larger portfolio sale totaling 2.3 million square feet, which also included industrial parks in two other states.

The three-building Mooresville industrial park is located at 134 Serviceberry Way, 142 Serviceberry Way, and 156 Exmore Road, and spans more than 900,000 square feet.

ConnectCRE said the newest and largest building, at 142 Serviceberry Way, covers 723,533 square feet and was delivered in May 2024, while the other buildings were delivered in 2022 and 2023.
