Federal Reserve issues consent prohibitions in Regions Bank case

The Fed said the action involves a former Regions Bank employee accused of misappropriating customer funds.

The Federal Reserve Board announced enforcement actions against former bank employees, including a consent prohibition involving Stephanie R. Kilbert, a former employee of Regions Bank in Birmingham, Alabama.

According to the Fed, the enforcement action is tied to allegations of misappropriation of customer funds.

In a separate enforcement action, the Federal Reserve also announced a consent prohibition against Crystal A. Wykle, a former employee of United Community Bank in Greenville, South Carolina, again citing misappropriation of customer funds.

The Federal Reserve said the enforcement actions were executed as part of its supervisory and enforcement authority.
