INDUS Realty Trust buys 757,325-sf Houston industrial portfolio
The five-building Park 845 Crossing portfolio was 99% leased to 11 tenants at the time of sale.
INDUS Realty Trust acquired Park 845 Crossing, a 757,325-square-foot Class A multi-tenant industrial portfolio in Houston, according to ConnectCRE.
The property, located at 11710 North Freeway, was built between 2008 and 2014 and includes five concrete tilt-wall buildings on 38.9 acres at the interchange of Interstate 45 and Beltway 8.
Park 845 Crossing features rear-load and cross-dock configurations, with individual buildings ranging from about 54,000 to 245,000 square feet and clear heights from 18 to 30 feet.
At the time of the transaction, the portfolio was 99% leased to 11 tenants spanning categories that include foodservice distribution, tire manufacturing and distribution, HVAC wholesale, third-party logistics, and airfreight services.
