Cerebras share price stabilizes as Tiger Global buys more CBRS stock
Cerebras says manufacturing capacity is set to grow more than 10x in 2026, and data center capacity could reach over 600 MW by the end of 2027.
Cerebras Systems shares have been volatile since the company listed in May 2026, moving from an early run to 52-week highs of $386 to lows of $160.8, before climbing again to around $252, according to Yahoo Finance.
After Cerebras recently reported Q2 results, Yahoo Finance reports that investor interest has picked up, including a new stake by Tiger Global Management. The firm added three million shares valued at $663 million, according to the article.
The report ties the renewed attention to plans for a faster ramp in AI infrastructure, including an expectation that Cerebras manufacturing capacity will increase by more than 10x in 2026. It also says the company has expanded data center capacity, with live and under contract commitments targeted to exceed 600 MW by the end of 2027.
Cerebras is headquartered in Sunnyvale and sells an AI hardware and software platform, with operations split between Hardware and Cloud & Other Services. For the first six months of FY26, the company reported revenue growth of 84.2% year on year to $373.5 million, and it ended Q2 with a cash buffer of $8.5 billion, the article says.
