Cordillera Homes completes concrete structure for Kirkland condo project
The 26-unit Central Peak Residences project in downtown Kirkland has moved into wood framing after finishing its cast-in-place concrete structure.
Cordillera Homes announced construction milestones for Central Peak Residences, a boutique condo community with 26 single-level homes in downtown Kirkland, including completion of the project’s cast-in-place concrete structure and the start of wood framing, according to ConnectCRE.
The four-story building, designed with Baylis Architects, will feature residences ranging from approximately 1,150 to 2,415 square feet, the outlet said. Amenities planned include a neighborhood café, a lounge, secure bike storage, dedicated below-grade parking, and a rooftop terrace.
ConnectCRE also said the project partners include Baylis Architects, Brumbaugh and Associates, Encompass Engineering and Surveying, and DCI Structural Engineering. Cordillera Homes principal Nick Tosti described the milestone as a point when people can begin to see the community come to life.
Central Peak Residences is set in the heart of downtown Kirkland, steps from Marina Park, Kirkland Urban, the Cross-Kirkland Corridor, and the Lake Washington waterfront, ConnectCRE added.
