Lincoln and ACORE launch Foundry43 after adaptive reuse in Salt Lake City

The project, built from the existing 230,000 square foot office campus, will add 64,000 square feet of creative office space plus retail, a fitness center, and a 1,000-stall parking garage.

Lincoln Property Company and ACORE CAPITAL have launched Foundry43 as the new identity for the former Industry SLC historic structure in Salt Lake City, created through the adaptive reuse of an industrial landmark, according to ConnectCRE.

ACORE enlisted Lincoln to help stabilize and reposition the mixed use development at the former steel foundry site. The partners said they have been investing in the property to restart construction, and have now completed a parking structure and retail space.

Foundry43 will build on the existing 230,000 square foot office campus by delivering 64,000 square feet of additional creative office space, a 34,000 square foot fitness center, 12,000 square feet of new retail, and a 1,000 stall parking garage in the Granary Neighborhood.
