Lincoln, Strategic Value Partners finish The Bluffs Playa Vista redevelopment

The 500,000-square-foot Class A office campus added leases totaling more than 57,000 square feet, including headquarters relocation by The Honest Company and a Thrive Causemetics office lease.

Lincoln Property Company and Strategic Value Partners completed the redevelopment of The Bluffs at Playa Vista, a 500,000-square-foot Class A office campus in Los Angeles’ Playa Vista live-work-play community, according to ConnectCRE.

Ahead of the repositioning’s completion, the campus signed more than 57,000 square feet of new leases, including The Honest Company taking 38,240 square feet for a headquarters relocation and Thrive Causemetics leasing 19,076 square feet.

ConnectCRE said the project includes capital improvements designed to reshape the property with a more hospitality-inspired approach, stronger indoor-outdoor connectivity, and shared spaces aimed at delivering a workplace experience aligned with Playa Vista’s innovation-driven identity.

The Bluffs, located at 12121 and 12181 Bluff Creek Dr., is described as a two-building creative campus with flexible, dual-core floor plates up to 50,000 square feet.
