Realterm and Starwood close $672 million industrial outdoor storage financing
The 78-property portfolio spans 830 acres in 33 U.S. markets, with Eastdil Secured Savills arranging the deal.
Connect Commercial Real Estate reports that Realterm, together with Starwood Property Trust, Inc., has closed a $672 million industrial outdoor storage, or IOS, portfolio financing.
The financing covers a 78-property IOS portfolio owned by affiliates of Stonemont Financial Group and Cerberus Capital Management, totaling 830 acres of land across 33 U.S. markets.
Eastdil Secured Savills arranged the transaction. Realterm said the financing reflects its ability to execute credit solutions for industrial real estate and logistics borrowers.
Starwood manages a $32 million portfolio across its debt and equity investments, and described the deal as consistent with the breadth of its commercial real estate lending platform.
