Anthropologie to open at Bluhawk, adding a third Kansas City-area store
The retailer is set to join Bluhawk’s 277-acre mixed-use development with an opening planned for summer 2027.
Bluhawk, a master-planned development in Overland Park, Kansas, announced that Anthropologie will open a new store in summer 2027, adding to the brand’s Kansas City-area footprint.
ConnectCRE reports the Anthropologie location will be positioned at the heart of Bluhawk and will represent the retailer’s third store in the region to date.
The announcement expands the destination’s fashion and lifestyle lineup, with the project already drawing other recently announced tenants including L.L.Bean, Barnes & Noble, J.Crew Factory, and Buckle.
Bluhawk is a 277-acre mixed-use site that includes retail, dining, residential, office, hospitality, healthcare, green space, and amenities, along with a multi-sport and entertainment complex.
