St. John Properties and Somerset deliver first phase of Melford Mansions
The initial delivery is four five-story buildings with 197 studios and one-, two- and three-bedroom apartments, ranging from 516 to 1,348 square feet.
ConnectCRE reports that a joint venture between St. John Properties, Inc. and Somerset Companies has delivered the first phase of Melford Mansions, a luxury multifamily project in Melford Town Center in Bowie, Maryland.
The first delivery includes four five-story buildings that provide 197 studios and one-, two- and three-bedroom residences. Apartment sizes range from 516 to 1,348 square feet.
When the project is fully completed, Melford Mansions will include eight buildings totaling 435 apartment homes.
ConnectCRE also said the project was co-designed by Architects Collaborative and KTGY, with Aumen Asner, Inc. overseeing interior design. St. John Properties handled general contracting through its in-house multifamily construction division, while Bozzuto Management will serve as leasing and property manager.
