10 Indian IPOs set to open for subscription next week

Skyways Air Services, Symbiotec Pharmalab, and Hy-Tech Engineers will all open for subscription on August 24 and close August 27, according to the IPO schedule.

India’s primary market is set to remain active next week, with 10 new companies scheduled to launch initial public offerings across the mainboard and SME segments, LiveMint Markets reported. The lineup includes Skyways Air Services, Symbiotec Pharmalab, Hy-Tech Engineers, and Sumax Engineering, along with other issuers making their stock market debuts.

Among the mainboard IPOs, Skyways Air Services will open for subscription on August 24 and close on August 27. The IPO is a ₹582.8 crore book-built issue made up of a fresh issue of 2.89 crore shares worth ₹398.8 crore and an offer for sale of 1.33 crore shares aggregating to ₹184 crore, the report said.

Hy-Tech Engineers will also open for subscription on August 24 and close on August 27, with a ₹135.73 crore book-built issue. That includes a fresh issue of 1.13 crore shares worth ₹60 crore and an offer for sale of 1.43 crore shares aggregating to ₹75.73 crore. Symbiotec Pharmalab is scheduled to open on August 24 and close on August 27 as well, with a ₹1,757 crore book-built issue that is mostly an offer for sale.

The schedule extends beyond the August 24-27 window, with Annu Projects opening on August 25 and closing on August 28, Lumino Industries opening on August 27 and closing on August 31, and several other IPOs listed for subscription or bidding across August 24 to September 1, according to LiveMint Markets.
