Exzeo authorizes up to $25 million share buyback
The one-year authorization allows Exzeo to repurchase shares via multiple execution methods and the company can suspend or terminate the program at any time.
Insurance technology company Exzeo has authorized a program to repurchase up to $25 million of its common stock, according to Coverager.
The one-year authorization does not require Exzeo to buy any specific number of shares. The company may conduct purchases through open-market transactions, privately negotiated deals, block transactions, or via a Rule 10b5-1 trading plan, with timing and size tied to factors including the share price, available liquidity, and market conditions.
Exzeo, which trades on the New York Stock Exchange under the symbol XZO, can suspend or terminate the buyback program at any time.
The company provides technology and operational services to property and casualty insurers, with a focus on homeowners insurance, and its WindForm Pro product is part of Exzeo’s Insurance-as-a-Service platform for P&C carriers.
