BTH Development breaks ground on Phase 1 of Tradition Commerce Park

Phase 1 includes Building 4 and Building 5 totaling about 55,200 square feet, with layouts starting at 3,000 square feet.

BTH Development Partners has started construction on Phase 1 of Tradition Commerce Park, a master-planned industrial and flex project in Port St. Lucie, according to ConnectCRE.

The developer said Phase 1 calls for vertical construction of Building 4 of about 28,800 square feet and Building 5 of about 26,400 square feet, with customizable tenant layouts beginning at 3,000 square feet.

Miller Construction Company is building the project at 12051 SW Tom Mackie Boulevard, while Claren Architecture and Planners is listed as the architect.

ConnectCRE added that the larger development is approved for seven industrial and flex buildings, with later phases planned to deliver large-bay dock-high industrial distribution facilities up to 166,968 square feet, and build-to-suit opportunities, and that Colliers International Florida is the exclusive leasing and sales brokerage.
