Cushman & Wakefield arranges $250M refinancing for Seattle Museum House
The Museum House project, completed in 2025, has 506 units, including 404 market-rate apartments and 102 income-restricted homes.
Cushman & Wakefield has arranged a $250 million refinancing for Museum House, a newly completed 506-unit multifamily community in Seattle, Washington, ConnectCRE reported.
The Cushman & Wakefield Equity, Debt & Structured Finance team represented the sponsor, a pension fund, while Barings provided the loan.
Museum House was completed in 2025 and includes 506 studio, one-, two-, and three-bedroom residences, made up of 404 market-rate apartments and 102 income-restricted affordable units.
The property also features 6,010 square feet of ground-floor retail and is located in Seattle’s First Hill neighborhood near the Frye Art Museum, with access to downtown Seattle and regional transit.
