Hy-Tech Engineers IPO opens August 24 with ₹50 to ₹53 price band

The issue is priced at ₹50–53 per share, with allotment expected by August 28 and a tentative NSE and BSE listing on September 1, 2026.

Hy-Tech Engineers’ initial public offering opened for subscription on August 24, giving investors a three-day window to bid. The IPO has set a price band of ₹50 to ₹53 per share, with a lot size of 283 shares and a minimum investment of ₹14,999 at the upper end of the range.

According to BSE data cited by LiveMint Markets, the IPO subscription status stood at 1.18x on day 1 at around 10:48 IST, with bids received for 2,14,81,398 shares against 1,81,45,406 shares on offer. The retail portion was subscribed 1.18x, the NII portion booked 1.13x, and QIBs had yet to receive bids.

The company expects allotments to be finalized on August 28, and it is tentatively scheduled to list on the NSE and BSE on September 1, 2026. LiveMint Markets also noted a grey market premium of about +25, implying an estimated listing price around ₹78 per share based on the upper end of the IPO price band.

Hy-Tech Engineers is an engineering firm focused on designing, manufacturing, and supplying hydraulic fittings for industrial use. LiveMint Markets said total income rose 16% to ₹193.44 crore in FY26, while profit after tax increased 15% to ₹22.59 crore, with total debt declining to ₹29.76 crore from ₹43.53 crore in FY25, citing brokerage commentary.
