Strategy raises $2B by selling MSTR stock and sets up a liquidity pot
The firm said it has not bought Bitcoin since June, and the new USD Cash account could be used to fund future purchases.
Strategy has raised $2 billion through the selling of shares of MicroStrategy, according to Decrypt.
The firm also created what it described as a liquidity account labeled USD Cash, which it said may be used to buy more Bitcoin.
Decrypt reports that Strategy has not bought Bitcoin since June, making the liquidity setup part of its plan to maintain funding flexibility for future acquisitions.
