VIC Partners secures $36.5M construction credit for 268-unit Fort Worth project

The Vic Centre development will include nine three-story buildings, a clubhouse, fitness center, and 402 parking spaces.

VIC Partners has obtained a $36.5 million primary line of credit to build Vic Centre, a 268-unit workforce-housing development at 7120 Anderson Blvd. in Fort Worth, outside Loop 820 and north of Interstate 30, according to ConnectCRE.

OakNorth Bank will provide the construction loan as part of a broader $48 million joint financing with Hickory CRE Capital, with Concord Summit Capital arranged the loan.

The project calls for nine three-story residential buildings plus shared amenities including a clubhouse and fitness center, along with a pickleball court and business center.

ConnectCRE also said the development will include 402 parking spaces.
