Citadel adds part-time therapist to expand employee healthcare

The firm said its on-site and clinic services have expanded beyond physical care to include mental health support and coaching.

Citadel has hired Eva Churchill, a former internal psychotherapist at Citi, to provide part-time therapy for employees, according to Hedgeweek citing eFinancial Careers.

The move adds to Citadel’s expanding healthcare team as it has broadened services through onsite medical facilities, staffing and a broader mix of clinicians.

Citadel has worked alongside its chief medical officer, Dr David Stark, who joined from Morgan Stanley last September and oversees the firm’s healthcare offering. Stark is based in Citadel’s New York office.

The firm also operates a clinic in Miami, where services initially focused on physical healthcare but have since expanded to include mental health support and coaching.
