Thompson Thrift advances 319-unit multifamily project in Powder Springs
The development, Avira at Silver Comet Trail, is under construction with resident move-ins targeted for October 2027.
Thompson Thrift is moving ahead on Avira at Silver Comet Trail, a 319-unit multifamily community in the Atlanta suburb of Powder Springs, according to ConnectCRE.
Construction is underway at the site on the southeast corner of Highway 278 and Isley Stamper Road, with resident move-ins expected to begin in October 2027.
The project will offer one-, two- and three-bedroom apartment homes in three- and four-story buildings, with amenities that include a swimming pool, fitness center, courtyards, pickleball court, dog park and pet spa.
ConnectCRE said the community will be supported by equity from the Thompson Thrift 2026 Multifamily Development, LP, and it will include additional outdoor and lifestyle features such as basketball courts, grilling areas, coworking focus suites, billiards and shuffleboard.
